About
A calmer way to schedule across time zones.
Kairo lets you line up everyone's day on a single chart so you can see — not calculate — where your hours meet theirs.
The chart
- Work hours — configurable per person (default 9–18 local).
- Sleep zone — 23:00 to 07:00 local, so you see instantly if you'd wake someone up.
- Meeting window — your proposed block, drawn at each person's local time.
Under the hood
All time-zone math runs on your device via the browser's Intl API. Offsets and DST status are cross-checked once a day against the free timeapi.io service. Participants, work hours, and your last meeting settings live in your browser — no accounts, no backend.
Best overlap
The Find best overlap button scans the day in 15-minute steps and suggests the three windows that fit best inside everyone's work hours, scored by how centered each window is.
