Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

Use of the service

Kairo is a free time-zone planning tool provided as-is. You're welcome to use it for personal or commercial scheduling. Don't use it to do anything illegal, abusive, or that interferes with the service for others.

No accounts, no data collection

Kairo has no user accounts. Your participants, work hours, and last meeting settings live in your browser's local storage — not on our servers. The only outbound calls Kairo makes are to the public timeapi.io service to cross-check time-zone offsets and DST status.

No warranty

Kairo is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep time-zone math accurate, but you're responsible for confirming meeting times before sending invites. We're not liable for missed meetings, scheduling conflicts, or any other consequences of using the tool.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Kairo after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
